We had a wonderful trip in August of this year planned by Cieli di Toscana. From the very beginning, all communication was great and our travel agency was very responsive. Every hotel was wonderful and happily each one had a different vibe. All staff was so helpful. When I inadvertently left our passports at one hotel, they took care of everything and managed to calm me down in seconds. We had a contact with a person from Cieli’s local team throughout the two weeks and she too, was very helpful. We would very much recommend this company for planning a memorable trip.
